Hypnosis is a natural state of focus and awareness. It helps you access the subconscious—the place where patterns are created and habits and beliefs are stored—so you can shift patterns at the root.

2. Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. In fact, you already experience light hypnosis when you daydream or get lost in a book. You’re always in control—and most women are surprised by how natural and relaxing it feels.

3. Will I lose control or do strange things?

No. That’s stage-show hypnosis, not therapeutic hypnosis. In real hypnosis, you can’t be made to do anything against your will.

4. Can anyone be hypnotized?

With rare exceptions, yes. As long as you’re open and willing, a skilled hypnotist can guide you into hypnosis easily.

5. Is hypnosis like sleeping?

Not at all. Your mind is relaxed but alert, and your subconscious is more open to suggestion. Most people feel calm, clear, and refreshed afterward.
