Does this sound familiar?

➤ Here I am in the second half of my life… so what now? Is this it?

➤ What do I actually want for my life? What are my options? Who am I now — and who do I want to be?

➤ If I start changing things, what happens to my family? Will they be upset, argue with me, judge me, pull away?

➤ What if I make changes and the grass isn’t greener? What if I try something and don’t like it… or I just plain fail?

➤ Do I have to walk away from everything and start over… or can I keep the good parts and build from there?

➤ If I don’t change anything, will I regret it ten years from now? And can I live with that?

If you recognize yourself in even a couple of these, you’re in the right place.

Underneath it all is one core question:

“Can I trust myself enough to choose my own direction?”

I'm not sure who to talk to about this

So who do you talk to about this? You have friends and family who care about you, but...

When it comes to this part of your life, most women say things like:

I’m not sure I’m comfortable being this vulnerable with my friends.

Everyone has opinions about what I "should" do. I don’t want to be talked out of what I’m feeling.

I want someone who won’t judge me, won’t push their agenda — I just want help figuring out what I actually want.

When I’m done, I want to say thank you and move on — not have this be a story everyone in my life keeps bringing up.

That’s why this intensive is a 10-week, private program: a place to say the quiet parts out loud, sort through what you want, and then go live your life with more clarity and self-trust.

What starts to change in 10 weeks together

Ten weeks isn’t enough to redesign your whole life.

It is enough to change how you relate to your own judgment — so you’re no longer scared to follow through on your own decisions.

During the Self-Trust Intensive, you'll learn to:

  • Hear what you actually think and want before everyone else’s opinions get in the way.

  • Know when you need a small tweak, a boundary change, or a major decision — so not every choice feels earth-shattering.

  • Make choices you can live with now, knowing you can adjust them as you learn what works better.

  • Have clearer, more honest conversations without disappearing, over-explaining, or blowing up when the situation gets heated.

  • Notice when you’re about to ignore your own better judgment to try to keep the peace — and choose a response that fits what you actually think and want.

  • Use a simple check-in process to ask yourself, “Does this line up with what I value and where I want to go?” and then decide your next step.

This work doesn’t magically fix every situation in your life —

it gives you a solid, predictable way to meet those situations

with more clarity and self-trust.

how the self-trust intensive works

STEP 1: See It

STEP 2: Practice It

STEP 3: Rewire It

Spot the moments when you stop listening to yourself

Each week we look at one situation from your life — a conversation, decision, or request where you pushed aside what you really thought or wanted.

Once you can see those moments, you can stop blaming yourself and start trusting your own judgment again.

Practice one grounded shift

Each session we choose one specific shift to test that week — what you'll say, what you'll ask for, or what you'll say no to.

We keep what worked, tweak what didn’t, and decide your next step, so trusting yourself stops being an idea and becomes something you practice.

Hypnosis retrains your inner alarms

We use targeted hypnosis so your nervous system gets used to speaking up, saying no, or choosing your own path.

Over time, your body stops treating your own judgment as dangerous, so it’s easier to follow through on the decisions you’ve made.

Together, these three steps turn self-trust from a nice idea into something

you can practice and rely on in real life.

Curious whether this would work for you?

Who the Self-trust intensive is (and isn't) for

This is focused, honest work. It's not for everyone.

It's for you if...

USE THIS AREA TO BEGIN TO TELL YOUR STORY.

  • You want clarity, not pep talks — real conversation and practical next steps.

  • You’re tired of letting everyone else’s expectations set the course for your life.

  • You want your decisions guided by your own values and judgment, not by “shoulds” and other people's expectations.

  • You’re willing to talk about what you think you want right now, knowing it's okay if that changes as you keep exploring.

  • You’re ready to go from talking about small changes to actually trying them in real life.

It's not for you if...

USE THIS AREA TO BEGIN TO TELL YOUR STORY.

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or one “breakthrough session” to sort everything out.

  • You'd rather stay busy and distracted than look at what's really going on inside.

  • You freeze or become defensive with kind but direct feedback.

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do instead of helping you decide for yourself.

  • You’re not yet willing to change old patterns, even though you know they don’t fit you anymore.

What you can expect after the program

You won’t magically wake up a completely different person.

But you can expect some things to feel genuinely different.

USE THIS AREA TO BEGIN TO TELL YOUR STORY.

  • more grounded when conflict or challenging requests

come at you — less panic, more “Okay, I know how I want to handle this.

  • more predictable to yourself — you have a better sense of how you’re likely to respond and why.

  • clearer about what you want and what you’re willing (and not willing) to do to get it.

  • more everyday decisions driven by what matters to you, not by "shoulds" and outdated rules.

  • steadier inside when you choose to say yes or no — even if someone else doesn’t love your answer.

You'll still have hard days. The difference is you'll have a stronger baseline of self-trust to come back to when life gets noisy again.

You won't find quick fixes or pep talks here

This is steady, deep work.

I'm a hypnosis-based coach for women 50+ who are ready to strengthen their self-trust, question old rules, and challenge the stories that keep them small.

I'm not here for motivational highs that fade by Monday morning.

I'm here to change what your brain does on autopilot.

I use coaching to get clear on what you actually want, and hypnosis to help your nervous system trust your choices.

That's the backbone of the Self-Trust Intensive.

I use hypnosis to retrain the part of you that panics, creates doubt, or shuts down

when you try to choose yourself.

Over ten weeks together, we work until your conscious and subconscious are finally on the same side. Then it feels more natural and less like a battle to say what you mean and stand by your decisions.

Curious About Hypnosis?

If you're new to hypnosis, you probably have questions.

These are the ones I hear most often.

1. What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focus and awareness. It helps you access the subconscious—the place where patterns are created and habits and beliefs are stored—so you can shift patterns at the root level.

2. Is hypnosis safe?

Yes. In fact, you already experience light hypnosis when you daydream or get lost in a book. You’re always in control—and most women are surprised by how natural and relaxing it feels.

3. Will I lose control or do strange things?

No. That’s stage-show hypnosis, not therapeutic hypnosis. In real hypnosis, you can’t be made to do anything against your will.

4. Can anyone be hypnotized?

Yes, with rare exceptions. As long as you’re open and willing, a skilled hypnotist can guide you into hypnosis easily.

5. Is hypnosis like sleeping?

No, not at all. Your mind is relaxed but alert, and your subconscious is more open to suggestion. Most people feel calm, clear, and refreshed afterward.

6. How will hypnosis help me with boundaries, self-doubt, or people-pleasing?

Because hypnosis works at the subconscious level, it helps you release old beliefs—like “I have to keep everyone happy” or “I’m not good enough.” That shift makes it possible to set boundaries without fear and feel confident and at peace with yourself.

Still not sure if hypnosis or the Self-Trust Intensive is right for you?
The easiest way to get clarity is to talk it through.

No pressure, no script — just a real conversation about whether this is the right next step for you.
